Refunds and Cancellations

Please note that we have a strict policy. There are no refunds for any packages 24 hours prior to, during or after the service event date. In case of cancellation, there is a 35% fee of the total contracted fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but policy is non-negotiable. Thank you for your understanding.
